Improving hit rate and fasten the recruiting process for the candidate and recruiter to serve the client in the fastest and most optimal way

As a team we worked for 2 years on a new internal platform that serves all the needs of users that have as a primary goal to find the perfect talent for a job opening.

Process

Design challenges in two week sprints, completely remote for a client that was based in the United states

The US team consisted out of UX researchers, developers, business analysts. Our design team was located in Amsterdam.

The UX reserachers on the project provided the design team on a weekly basis with valuable insights on our challenge for the sprint. User needs, wants and pain points where the outcomes of user interviews. These insights formed the groundwork for our concept designs.
